Chocolate Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz bourbon
• 1 tbsp Beauty and Bliss Cacao
• 1 tsp simple syrup (or honey)
• 2 dashes of chocolate bitters
• Orange peel for garnish
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Stir bourbon, cacao, syrup, and bitters in a glass.

  2. Add ice, stir until chilled.

  3. Garnish with orange peel.


Detox & Chill Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp Detox & Chill Herbal Coffee
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch pan.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, coffee, and salt.

  3. Cream butter + sugar, add eggs, vanilla, sour cream.

  4. Combine wet and dry.

  5. Layer batter with cinnamon-sugar mix.

  6. Bake 30–35 min until toothpick clean.


Detox & Chill Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
• 1 cup chilled Detox & Chill Herbal Coffee
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 oz chocolate syrup
• Ice
• Chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. Shake coffee, vodka, liqueur, syrup with ice.

  2. Strain into martini glass.

  3. Garnish with chocolate shavings.


Chai-Spiced Pumpkin Pie (Fortress Chai)
Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust
• 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp Fortress Chai powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Place crust in dish.

  2. Whisk pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, chai, spices, eggs.

  3. Stir in cream.

  4. Pour into crust, bake 45–50 min until set.


White Chocolate Matcha
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ tsp Cool Girl Matcha
• 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Whipped cream/white chocolate garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk, melt in white chocolate.

  2. Whisk matcha with hot water.

  3. Stir vanilla into chocolate milk.

  4. Combine with matcha, serve topped.


Beauty & Bliss Mint Cacao Bark
Ingredients:
• 2 cups dark chocolate chips
• 3 tbsp Beauty and Bliss Cacao
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
• Crushed candy canes

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate.

  2. Stir in cacao + peppermint.

  3. Spread thin, sprinkle candy canes.

  4. Chill, break into pieces.


Chai-Spiced Apple Cider (Fortress Chai)
Ingredients:
• 4 cups apple cider
• 2 tbsp Fortress Chai powder
• 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 1 star anise
• Orange slices

Instructions:

  1. Heat cider, chai, and spices.

  2. Strain, pour into mugs.

  3. Garnish with orange slices.


Matcha Snowball Cookies (Cool Girl Matcha)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp Cool Girl Matcha
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.

  2. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, matcha.

  3. Mix in flour + salt.

  4. Roll balls, bake 10–12 min.

  5. Cool, roll in powdered sugar twice.

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp cream of tartar

• 1 tbsp Golden Egg Golden Milk
• 1 cup butter
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp cinnamon + 3 tbsp sugar (coating)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.

  2. Whisk flour, tartar, soda, golden milk.

  3. Cream butter + sugar, add eggs.

  4. Mix in dry.

  5. Roll balls, coat in cinnamon-sugar.

  6. Bake 8–10 min.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup brewed Detox & Chill Herbal Coffee
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 1 tsp gingerbread spice mix
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Whipped cream + crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk, molasses, spice, maple syrup.

  2. Add coffee, whisk frothy.

  3. Top with cream + crumbs.


Matcha Shortbread Stars (Cool Girl Matcha)
Ingredients:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tbsp Cool Girl Matcha
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup cold butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp salt
• White chocolate + sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.

  2. Pulse flour, matcha, sugar, salt. Add butter + vanilla.

  3. Roll out, cut stars.

  4. Bake 10–12 min. Cool.

  5. Dip in white chocolate, sprinkle.


Matcha Gin Sour
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ tsp Cool Girl Matcha
• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Ice, lemon slice

Instructions:

  1. Whisk matcha with water.

  2. Add gin, lemon, syrup, ice. Shake.

  3. Strain into glass over ice. Garnish.

Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 tbsp Golden Egg Golden Milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 ¼ cups milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp butter/oil
• Maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, golden milk, sugar, baking powder/soda.

  2. Mix milk, egg, butter.

  3. Combine, stir gently.

  4. Cook pancakes until golden.

  5. Serve with maple syrup.


Skin Food Fizz
Ingredients:
• 1.5 tsp Skin Food Herbal Electrolytes
• 4 oz sparkling cider
• 2 oz cranberry/pomegranate juice
• 1 oz lime juice
• Ice, lime wheel

Instructions:

  1. Stir electrolytes, juice, lime.

  2. Pour over ice.

  3. Top with sparkling cider. Garnish.

  5. Roll balls, flatten.

  6. Bake 10–12 min.


Strawberry Tulsi Mojito
Ingredients:
• Strawberries
• Sparkling cider
• 1 lime
• 1 dropper Tulsi Strawberry Nectar
• Mint/Tulsi sprig
• Ice

Instructions:

  1. Mash strawberries in glass with ice.

  2. Add cider + lime juice.

  3. Add nectar.

  4. Garnish with mint/tulsi.


Chai-Spiced Oatmeal Cookies (Fortress Chai)
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Fortress Chai powder
• 1 cup oats
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup raisins/choc chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F.

  2. Mix flour, soda, salt, chai, oats.

  3. Cream butter + sugars, add egg + vanilla.

  4. Combine, fold in raisins/chips.

  5. Drop spoonfuls, bake 10–12 min.


Detox & Chill Martini
Ingredients:
• 4 oz steeped Detox & Chill
• 2 oz cream
• 2 oz maple syrup
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• Pinch sea salt
• Kahlua bitters
• Ice

Instructions:

  1. Shake steeped coffee, cream, maple, vanilla, bitters with ice.

  2. Pour into glasses.

  3. Garnish with cacao nibs.
