Does Beauty & Bliss® have caffeine?

Cacao naturally contains higher amounts of theobromine, a gentle stimulant that provides a smooth energy boost without the jitters or crashes associated with caffeine. It naturally contains trace amounts of caffeine. Our cacao contains approximately 10mg of caffeine per dose, which is about the size of a small square of dark chocolate.

Can I drink Beauty & Bliss® daily/nightly?

Yes, you can drink it daily or nightly. Beauty & Bliss® has Reishi, which promotes relaxation but does not directly make you sleepy, so day time use is fine.

What does it taste like?

Beauty & Bliss® is a grown up take on peppermint hot chocolate. Rosemary adds almost a hint of mint-like flavor while cacao takes on that grown-up hot coco feeling.
