Our mood gummies can be taken any time. We recommend taking them at the beginning of the day to enhance performance all day long, however, they can be given any time, as needed, based on bodily feedback!

Our dosing was intended to be universal, however if you or your child finds that you need more or less you can always adjust accordingly.
