  • 01 Make your home your refuge. Your body needs at least one predictable space where there are no fragrances, toxic household cleaners, and clean air.
  • 02 Change clothes when you get home. Especially after errands and crowded spaces. This reduces chemical and allergen exposure more than you realize.
  • 03 Eat leftovers with intention. Freshly cooked foods tend to be better tolerated by sensitive systems. If you are meal prepping, freeze leftovers to avoid histamine growth.
  • 04 Early bedtime. Your immune system repairs and brain detoxes earlier in the night. Even quiet rest in bed is better than late nights working.
  • 05 Fresh air: Open windows early in the morning before outdoor pollutants peak
  • 06 Meal consistency: Keep your meal times and choices consistent to lower immune vigilance and reduce reactivity.
