How do I make Mighty Child?

Mighty Child is a chocolate protein mix that is fully customizable. You can choose your own liquid to mix it in and sweetener taste.

Here are some of our favourite ways to enjoy it:

  • Hot water with organic cane syrup for a hot chocolate reminiscent of childhood Swiss Miss packets
  • Warm milk with maple syrup for a super creamy hot chocolate
  • In cold milk with maple syrup for a homemade chocolate milk

Does this mix contain caffeine?

Cacao naturally contains theobromine, a gentle stimulant naturally contains trace amounts of caffeine. However, the amount in this formula is minimal and less than one square of chocolate, so should not be considered for being considered caffeinated.

How is bone broth protein processed?

Bone broth protein is processed similar to instant coffee. It is cooked down and slowly concentrated, and then sprayed into the air and freeze dried into little droplets. From then, it is blended into a fine powder for easy mixability.

Why calcium carbonate?

We chose calcium carbonate because it is the best form of non-dairy calcium suited for bone growth and development and is able to be sourced from whole food ingredients like eggshells rather than a synthetic makeup.

We intentionally pair the calcium carb with sources of fat soluble vitamins like egg yolk to make sure that it has cofactors needed for absorption for the body to use it appropriately to build strong bones and teeth!

Can I drink this at night?

Yes! The mushrooms and calcium promote relaxation and stress relief, making this a great evening ritual for kids!
