How should I introduce these gummies to my children?

Most children do fine with dosing one gummy off the bat. If you tend to have a sensitive child, you may want to introduce 1/2 a gummy for a 1-2 weeks before moving up to the full dose!


Are there age restrictions? Should I adjust dosing?

Our dosing was intended to be universal, however if you or your child finds that you need more or less you can always adjust accordingly.

Do they contain any artificial sweeteners or preservatives?

We believe the body thrives on small amounts of real sugar. When sourced well such as through honey, maple, beet, sugar can actually support energy, mood, and vitality. We avoid artificial sweeteners primarily due to their cumulative impact on the body. Are gummies bad for my kid’s teeth?

SubLuna gummies are not bad for kids teeth as they do not contains sticky or tough gums traditionally found in mass-produced gummy vitamins/snacks. Our gummies are main with beef gelatin and/or fruit pectin, making them naturally soft in nature. They break apart well and don't get stuck in your teeth.

Can adults take these too? If so, are they safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?
