TIPS & TRICKS FOR Flighty FairyS

  • 01 Feet on the floor : At least 3 times a day, ideally beginning first thing in the morning, stand barefoot and feel the ground for 60 seconds. It helps orient your nervous system.
  • 02 One task at a time: One sensory input at a time. No music while reading, no scrolling while eating.
  • 03 Weighted blankets or heavier weight bedding can improve sleep quality
  • 04 Evening stimulation audit: If sleep is elusive, look at evening inputs: screens, conversations, sound. Reduce just one.
  • 05 Container systems: Baskets, trays, and jars reduce mental noise better than rigid organization systems.
  • 06 Nervous system integration practices: Practice box breathing (inhale 4sec, hold 4 sec, exhale 4 sec) or scan the room with your eyes every 20-30 minutes when working
