Tips & Tricks For Picky Eaters

Some picky eating is normal. But when food aversions become widespread, it often points to nutrient gaps, either causing picky eating or resulting from it. As parents, we can feel when something’s off, and often the solution offered is more frozen, ultra-processed food. We created these gummies to support picky eaters while helping nourish the root of the issue.

Cut gummies in smaller pieces and suggest they try it. Start with half a serving size and scale from there.

If your child isn't sensitive to sugar, drizzle with honey or serve along side fruit for super picky eaters.

Sneak into your kids yogurt, smoothie, or next to vegetables, as a way to normalize vitamins as part of their regular meals.

Introduce with very low pressure. We find kids can be averse to being "forced" with healthy supplements. Calling it a vitamin instead of a gummy helps!

Brain Child was years in the making, not just to formulate, but to get the taste right, using such unique materials. Working with ingredients like lamb brain, oyster, and egg yolk isn’t easy, and turning them into something our kiddos genuinely enjoy, took a lot of refinement.

We went through round after round to land on something that still holds onto the integrity of the ingredients, but actually tastes good. It’s easily our best-tasting gummy to date.

And while it was made with kids in mind, this one goes beyond that. Teens love it, adults end up taking it, and it quickly becomes one of those things everyone in the house reaches for. It doesn’t feel like a typical “kids vitamin” either.

Why lamb brain?

Lamb brain is one of the most nutrient-dense, traditional foods for supporting brain health.  It naturally contains the same types of fats and compounds the brain is made of, including phospholipids, cholesterol, and essential fatty acids. Rather than focusing on single nutrients, such as DHA, lamb brain includesall of the brain building lipids, including naturally occurring DHA, along with ARA (arachidonic acid), PC (phosphatidylcholine), PE (phosphatidylethanolamine), PS (Phosphatidylserine), and more.


Are there age restrictions? Should I adjust dosing?

Our dosing was intended to be universal, however if you or your child finds that you need more or less you can always adjust accordingly.

Do they contain any artificial sweeteners or preservatives?

No! Our gummies are free from artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and unnecessary fillers. We use natural ingredients to create a delicious and nourishing supplement that supports your health without unwanted additives.

Are heavy metals/iodine toxicity a concern for seaweed?

We use a carefully sourced, mineral-rich, organic kelp that is third party tested for purity and safety, confirming it meets our strict standards for heavy metals.  The iodine is naturally occuring in seaweed along many other trace minerals, providing a more balanced source than direct iodine supplementation.

Can adults take these too? If so, are they safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, adults can absolutely take these! Feel free to adjust your dose accordingly. Products that contain beef liver, gelatin, ghee, and colostrum are all ancestrally recognized as restorative, nutrient dense foods to be incorporated during pregnancy and postpartum.
