Does Sun Maiden have caffeine?

yes, but only 5mg per serving, from the green tea.

Can I drink this hot?

Sun maiden was designed for room temp or cold. We don't recommend drinking in very hot water because the coconut water powder does not mix well with hot water, and the antioxidant rich herbs can become bitter when heated.

What does Sun Maiden taste like?

It’s a subtle fruity mix of passionfruit, goji, in a green tea and coconut water base!

How is powdered honey considered raw honey?

We use a low temp drum drying process so that the honey is never heated to a degree where it would be considered pasteurized, thus preserving its "raw" status and allowing for preservation of enzymes and vitality.
